BIOGRAPHY
Tristan Schulze was born in 1964 in Saxony (Germany) geboren. He studied Cello in Dresden, played in an orchestra, where he got to know the classical opera and concert repertoire. He studied Indian Classical Music in Benares (India) and conducting and composition in Vienna. He founded the string trio Triology.
1995 - 2005
Together with Daisy Jopling and Alesksey Igudesman, he founded the string trio Triology. With this ensemble he played many concerts in countries as Japan, U.S.A, Mexico, Australia and all over Europe.

he wrote commissions for Wiener Staatsoper (Patchwork), Gewandhausorchester Leipzig (The Animals of the Jade Emperor) Trigonale (Christophorus), Niederösterreichische Tonkünstler (Pauls Reise) Staatstheater Braunschweig, (Hermann Hesse auf dem Weg in die Mailänder Scala), Symphonieorchester Klagenfurt (Konzert für Triology und Orchester) das Symphonieorchester Vorarlberg and Wolfgang Muthspiel (Konzert für E-Gitarre und Orchester, Drei Orchesterstücke), Mnozil Brass and Niederösterreichische Tonkünstler (18 Präludien und Septupelfuge für Blechbläserseptett und Orchester), for Theater an der Wien, (Premiere) Sonus Brass, (Konzert für Violoncello und Blechbläserquintett), for SBO Ried and Günter Voglmayr (Flute Concerto).
